Lisa ChaferThis is a great little bar, the beer is excellent. The choice of Belgian Beers is fantastic, as well as a few local ones too. Especially if you stumble upon it during one of the beer festival weekends. The Landlord, staff, and locals are great too, a happy place, full of people who enjoy a good beer, and the food is top notch ..... what's not to like 👍. Highly recommended by ourselves, we will return, (and we come all the way from North Lincolnshire!!). The Portcullis is always on our Bristol list of pubs to visit. 😁
Jim ApperlyReally cosy and quaint pub slightly off the beaten trail from the throngs of tourists visiting the Clifton Bridge. Specialist in Belgian beers but other drinks, including tasty local cider, are available. The proprietor is a collector of movie prints which adorn the place from top to bottom. Recommended.
