The entire staff are professional, pleasant, considerate, and incredibly patient. Today, I had an oral surgery extraction, which I believe was quite a difficult one. Dr. Alex Catauro was outstanding—reassuring, gentle, and genuinely concerned about ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I didn’t experience any pain at all, which speaks volumes about his skill and care. The staff handled everything seamlessly—from insurance filing to text reminders before my appointment. There’s ample free parking just steps from the front door, and the building’s warm, welcoming décor immediately puts you at ease. You’re greeted by a friendly team full of smiles from the moment you walk in! Visiting a dentist can often be stressful, but at Windsor Family Dentistry, you always feel calm and well cared for. The people who work there are amazing. From the minute you enter the front door, you are greeted by staff that are friendly, professional and very engaging to make sure that your visit is as positive an experience as it can be. When I was younger I avoided going to the dentist for years because of a horrible past experience that caused me extreme anxiety. The hygienists and dentists at WFD are amazing! I’ve been going there now just over 10 years with my whole family, and it has always been a positive experience. Dr. Catauro is now my main dentist and it’s always a pleasure to be in his chair.
