The entire staff are professional, pleasant, considerate, and incredibly patient. Today, I had an oral surgery extraction, which I believe was quite a difficult one. Dr. Alex Catauro was outstanding—reassuring, gentle, and genuinely concerned about ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I didn’t experience any pain at all, which speaks volumes about his skill and care. The staff handled everything seamlessly—from insurance filing to text reminders before my appointment. There’s ample free parking just steps from the front door, and the building’s warm, welcoming décor immediately puts you at ease. You’re greeted by a friendly team full of smiles from the moment you walk in! Visiting a dentist can often be stressful, but at Windsor Family Dentistry, you always feel calm and well cared for. After two decades of exceptional service, I can confidently say they’re the best in the business. Highly recommended—you will not be disappointed!
