The location is excellent, with easy access to essential facilities such as educational institutions, transportation, and hospitals. Our initial experience with Mr. Raghunath and the sales team was very positive; they guided us effectively and helped us understand various aspects of the property. The building administration team also appears enthusiastic and supportive toward potential residents. We hope they continue their good work, maintain strong support, drive further improvements, and ensure timely and positive deliverables, as expectations are now high. The only thing is railway state is backside you may get train noises when ever train is coming Best regards to the entire team.

Sales Team is professional and very much supportive. This is the right on the outer ring road so connectivity is not an issue. The renanisance construction is good and i had experience with one of there project before. They are quite receptive to the feedback you give. Cons. This is like living on the Outer ring road. Peace won't be there. Backside is Railway track. I don't know what impact it has. In conclusion pros and cons of the project are same. If you like living in busy surroundings than go for this. I might have gone with this as a city home where i could stay and go for job etc. There pricing is also good. The layout and plan is also nice. I would recommend people to go with this.

Well built apartment, we could not buy one due to family reasons. During the visit we observed that light and ventilation in every flat was very good. Good of utilisation of the space for ex. Kitchen. The salesperson Mr. Raghu was very patient with us and showed us different flats. It was a very good experience :)
