The long process was all worth it in the end. I had the opportunity to work with Natalie M. at the Glendale, CA office. She throughly informed me of the whole demand letter process yesterday. She told me to give her a little bit of time to hear back from the other party, less than 24 hrs later she called me and told me she had good news and was able to get me the full total limit of my claim. What a great early Birthday surprise for me. I highly recommend this law firm as it was also referred to me. Stay patient through the process. Thanks a bunch Natalie !!!
