Physio with Skylar was great. He doesn't overload you with exercises but adds on a few good ones at a time, with each visit. He definitely help my shoulder issues. Tim is an excellent massage therapist. His deep tissue massages are extremely helpful with my chronic back and neck pain, and he listens to you and your body to adjust the level as needed. I can't say enough about how professional this team is.

True Balance Rehab & Performance is a great clinic. Skylar Mann (physio) has helped me get back to feeling great again. His treatment plan for me has made such a difference and noticed real improvement. I highly recommend him to anyone.
