I stopped in today around 4:15-4:30 to buy some fun spooky earrings and other Halloween things. The sales clerk was propped up behind the counter looking at her phone. She never once acknowledged my existence with a smile or greeting. I walked right in front of her to look at something at which time she glanced at me over the top of her phone for a slight second. I retuned all the things I had chosen to the shelf and left. I have made several purchases each holiday for the past couple of years, but it was very clear today that my business isn’t needed.

One of my favorite little boutiques in Baton Rouge! I have been shopping there since 2015 and can honestly say I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The owner, Abby, is an absolute gem. She truly cares about her customers, level of service, and integrity of her small business. Whether I’m browsing the store or popping in for a quick online pick up order, the customer service is always top notch. She even sold me the snake skin platform shoes that I wore for my wedding. We love you Abby! Thank you for providing such a great small business to the capital city.
