During the sale of the first home Karen was very diligent in scheduling showings due to a limited viewing schedule due to our large dog - thank you Karen for always being by your phone! I would also like to thank Anna for keeping our documents organized at all times! The summaries of the loads of information we received during this process were really helpful in understanding what the next steps were. Rodrigo and the team were available to host multiple open houses to really push the sale of the instead of just waiting as the market had just started to slow down. Rodrigo was always available for questions as well as to show us homes when we were on the buyer side. He was able to manage our schedules and work in showings so we could see the home we were interested in at all times. Whether it was 8am or 8pm he was there! We were very particular about what we wanted in home, neighborhood, size of yard, NO HOA, and price limit. Leslie showed us several homes that could have worked for us, but one was very special. She worked everyday to get the sellers to agree with price and closing date. The stress of buying a home is very high, but Leslie continually kept our stress level down. We also worked with Team Driven. Karen and Kelly did a fantastic job with all the paperwork. We're more than satisfied with both companies and there professionalism at every level.
