We have a unit at WareSpace and are enjoying the facility. Our unit is suited to what we need, and we were able to get shelving moved for us (I think there was a small charge). We liked that there are units of various sizes that make it attainable to have a warehouse space at a reasonable price. We appreciate the loading docks for loading up for daily jobs. The community space is nice and always pristinely clean. There is a kitchen with plenty of tables plus refrigerator (with filtered water and ice), Keurig (with free K-cups to make drinks), sink, foosball table, and more. There are conference rooms that can be rented for free when they are available. We’ve never had a conflict getting a conference room when needed. Restrooms are accessible and clean. The site manager, Georgiana, is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions with a smile on her face. She brings packages to units, as needed, which is very nice and helpful. The only issue is that parking can be tight sometimes, though I’ve really only had an issue once. Others on my team have had more difficulty from time to time. This has been great for the needs of our team, and we are very happy with our choice!

My company has been a tenant at WareSpace in Downers Grove for the past four months, and we couldn't be more satisfied. It's an excellent concept for small businesses and startups seeking affordable warehouse space. The management is exceptional; Giorgiana, in particular, is always friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. The facilities boast impressive amenities like free-to-reserve meeting rooms, a kitchen area with complimentary coffee, and utilities included in the rent. Additionally, the staff organizes monthly events for tenant networking, which I've found invaluable for establishing connections. In summary, I highly recommend WareSpace to anyone needing warehouse space. I encourage scheduling a visit to see firsthand how fantastic this place is.

As a small business owner, I've been very happy here. It has all the amenities I need, including two loading docks, shipping supplies (tape, pallet jacks, dollies etc), an overhead garage door and more. The units are spacious with utilities included and room to expand. But what makes this location truly stand out is the excellent management. The property manager often goes above and beyond for the tenants and greets everyone with a smile. It gives a great vibe to the place, making it somewhere you look forward to working at. I've had few concerns, but the ones I brought to her attention were addressed pretty much immediately. Communication is phenomenal. So I can easily recommend this location to any small business interested in a turn-key warehouse space or small office.

Everything seemed great about this place at first and the woman who showed me around was very professional and friendly. I was considering renting an office, except for two issues. The first was the flooring. Apparently they recently renovated the location which is why it's astonishing they didn't put down decent floors in the office/front area. The current ones look atrocious, old and cracked. I would not want my employees and clients coming into a location like that, especially for the price I have to pay. I mean, how much does decent vinyl cost nowadays? $1.5/sq ft in bulk?? The other issue is that, while there are at least 30 offices and "warespaces", there is only one womans bathroom, while there are 2 mens. Perhaps there's a good reason for that, but I imagine it gets quite backed up after lunch. While I imagine nothing can be done about the bathrooms, hopefully they'll at least realize that with just a minor upgrade to the flooring, the location would have been quite nice.
