Warren Roofing replaced the old roof on our cabin after a leak developed with the recent storms. Matt and the team were very responsive in providing an emergency roof fix, estimates for the roof replacement, keeping me up to date on the job progress, and providing quick responses to all my questions throughout the process. The team did a great job and I am very satisfied with the overall result!

I agreed to the bid and the repairs were scheduled and completed immediately. The crew was fast and conscientious. I chose to get a bid from Warren roofing based on their excellent reviews. They came in with a very reasonable price but it was the contract language that sold me on the company. Their contract says included all the details I was looking for, they answered my questions before I asked. The type of roofing, the brand, the underlayment, the flashing, the warranty, payment intervals and estimated time of completion. I have been a building inspector for 25 years, I have taught classes for homeowners about how to draft contracts that guarantee you get what you pay for. Their contract was perfect. Once I signed the contact, they were able to schedule a start date that was much sooner than expected ( it may have been two weeks out). They finished the job on time, no extra charges and they left my home and yard clean of any debris. The roof looks great (passed my inspection as well) and they replaced all the damaged ply and trim as per the contract. Based on the work done at my home I would recommend Warren Roofing.
