Very nice staff, super friendly and large facility! Called in a panic because my dentist stopped accepting my insurance and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Sarah was my hygienist and reviewed my imaging with me and explained what they look for and gave me recommendations and Dr. CJ reviewed a couple concerns with my teeth. They were both so friendly. It also very much has that small office feel vs a corporate get you in and out as fast as possible

I have been a very satisfied patient for the past few years and needed basic preventive type services. This time was a dental emergency! I called Friday morning at 8am and was offered an appointment at 10am. The best part was Dr. Brown went straight to the most cost effective and least evasive option and had me out the door in under an hour. His recommendations about my future dental route were to focus on the major issues first and cosmetic last. All in line with my own goals. Edgewood Dental's environment and state of the art facilities pale in comparison to the staff. Their staff, location, and promptness is hard to beat. It does not feel like other dentist/doctors offices, patients appointments are not stacked. I feel they value my time and are committed to providing excellent service.

I wanted to wait to give my review after been seen a few times. 8/26 was my Initial visit. Easy appointment scheduling, and the lady was very nice. I was greeted by the ladies up front, barely any wait time when I arrived. I had Sarah as my hygienist, she is hands down THE BEST! It had been a few years since I had been to the dentist, needless to say I was terrified! Going to the dentist can be a scary feeling. Those who work in the dental field this is their day-to-day interacting with a variety of patients so many can be immune to ones who say they are “nervous” or have “anxiety” yet Sarah was very compassionate, she focused on my comfort, was clear with her communication and informative. She got me scheduled for my next cleaning while I was still in the chair! The dentist came was really nice. He introduced himself and asked how I was feeling. Reviewed my X-rays and went over my treatment plan. I needed a crown and fillings. He explained the process of the crown since I had never had it done before. I got scheduled for my next appointment. I came back for the prep of the crown and 2 fillings. The dentist was understanding of my nervousness. Suggested I can listen to music if it would help. (It did) It was a lengthy visit so I started to get a bit overwhelmed and moody to say the least. The assistant was a gem! Sorry, I don’t recall her name but boy was she awesome!!! She was understanding and apologetic. I apologized as well. The dentist was understanding and suggested we take my treatment plan a little at a time, which I appreciate. I came back to get the bite fix from one of my filings which he adjusted. It was super easy. I was in and out in no time! Yesterday I went for my permanent crown! The process was painless. I believe the bite is still off. We agreed I’d give it a few days and if it's still an issue I can come in. Overall I would recommend Edgewood Dental!
