POTTINGER LTD

Booked my car in for service on Saturday 2nd November2024 ready for the 7th all well and good agreed price and time to drop it off of then Wednesday for service on the Thursday as I said I work away from home. They agreed around 5pm drop off on the Wednesday evening that was great. But I called on Wednesday the 6th November 2024 to clarify the entrance to the place and they said they close at 4 not 5 so I was now confused for this to happen after it was Arranged with a man in the phone for this to happen at pm. And I don’t want to leave my car at that location over night. As we arranged to keep it inside the garage. So I had to cancel it because of this and they said they have no idea who would sat around 5pm for drop off and I called them back to ask if there was someone there until 4:30 politely to try and work it out but she said NO i only got to saying “oh” and she just put the phone down on me without saying another word to me. I am really disappointed.

Once again, a first class service from the guys n gal at Arrow! Fitted me in at short notice, gave me good advice, options of how we wanted to proceed and fixed what Peugeot couldnt be bothered to,in a timely manner at a reasonable price! Thanks again guys! Happy driver, happy car! Cheers, kelly
