This company and their agents go far and beyond what is expected. Several of my family members have received a full return of premium for not getting cancer and my sister and aunt received over $150k each in cash benefits for breast cancer and stroke. I have 4 policies with them because I know for a fact they care for their clients. The care that the agents showed towards my sister and brother when they needed help to file claims was unreal. They came to their house and made the process so easy.

If I could give this company a zero i would. My husband has been dealing with them for the past 2 month. Oh we need this or we need that. They have got everything they have ask for and still nothing from no one. You sure better pay your premium while your off work or your policy will be canceled. Also my husband has his payment taken directly out of his check but he is not working so they won't take payment over the phone had to mail it. They really are a joke. This company is a joke.

I’ve been having issues with this company for a while. Either calls don’t get answered after 5 or you get an unprofessional, dismissive, condescending representative like I did today. Even the agent that came out to my place of employment mentioned how rude the customer service department is. I’m completing my surrender form and written notice to cancel all 9 policies today.

My husband has had multiple stokes putting him out of work for months now and this company has done nothing but make it a nightmare! We filled the claim and they came back asking for more information so we did everything to get the information to them then the Agent that signed him up at his job suddenly won’t answer the phone nor return any text messages. Here we are 4 months later about to lose everything we own and we get a letter saying that it is a pre existing condition! My husband has never had any medical issues involving strokes or anything that he is currently going through. This company is nothing but a scam! I will be looking for a lawyer and contacting the BBB. Insurance companies should not get away with this!
