GARBAGE!!!! Not just their profession, their service too!! I pay for a dumpster to be dumped once a week. My dumpster is overflowing yet again. It's been two weeks, and this has happened multiple times! We've gone as long as three weeks before! They don't answer the phone, I've left messages and they don't call me back, and still.............. my dumpster is full yet again. I was going to suggest that they offer me a couple of months free service but, THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Sorry, all caps on I looked like trump screaming like an idiot. Seriously, these guys suck.

My trash hasn't been picked up in two weeks. This happens often that my dumpster trash doesn't get dumped, and I have to call to get someone out to dump it. This time after several calls, still two weeks noone has come out. I have automatic payment come out and religiously my payment is taken on the first of each month. Never been late taking my money, but can't provide the services that have been paid for.

There trash, they literally do not pick up their trash and the dumpster for two weeks now this is ridiculous. It’s overflowing, and whoever the idiot was that I talked to yesterday said that they would pick it up today by the end of business another close someone like I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Year after years we have had nothing but problems. We rented a dumpster for 240 dollars a month and there were missed pickups ( over 4 including times where they only took half the dumpster. The older lady Tina or similar, in person and on the phone is rude and terrible with customer service. If I am paying for the service, I expect the job to be done! This company doesn't understand that, and doesn't care and that same old lady and her attitude is why we just canceled our service. Go with another reputable company that will appreciate their customers. This company owes me money if you think about it. Not once did they even offer to fix their mistake even when I was there inperson. We had to call the Duncan office to get proper help...Lawton is ( no pun intended) TRASH! Thank you Duncan for all your help when Lawton didn't come through.
