I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit to the store. One of your staff members, named Fozy I think, was looking at my fiancée in a very inappropriate and disrespectful way while we were shopping. His behavior made both of us extremely uncomfortable. The moment he realized I noticed, he quickly turned away and acted like nothing happened. This kind of unprofessional and intrusive behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a professional environment. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the store and its standards.
