I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dental office. Dr. Paul has gone above and beyond to make sure I fully understand all the procedures I need. He’s provided detailed explanations, showed me photos of my teeth, and clearly outlined any risks involved. I really appreciate how much he cares about helping me make the right decisions for my dental health, especially by focusing on the most urgent work first. He’s also incredibly understanding about the financial side of things, and it feels like he truly wants the best for his patients. The receptionist is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and always on top of things. On top of all that, the clinic is located in a beautiful spot near the water, which makes every visit just a little more pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Paul!

So i just want to say i have been going to waterfront dentistry for yrs when Dr Hern was the owner. I always enjoyed all of the staff great people they are. My issue is i seen Dr Yazdi once and as a new client she done xrays and whatever else which were covered under my benefits . Then she said she wanted to send me to kingston to another dentist to do 3D xrays because she doesn't do root canals and i will need an implant and a tooth next to the bad tooth was chipped and i said to her my benefits just covered the xrays she just did. I said to her i am not paying out of pocket then she told me that i would not have to pay for the 3D xrays...i didn't want to go but i did and all i needed was a filling. So i had to pay $300.00 which i did today to cataroqui woods dentistry .i have never had any issues going there but i am so upset and unhappy that i was lied to and had to pay for xrays i didn't need . I never ever write a review but i think this is necessary. Thankyou for getting this issue resolved. i did receive a refund and I just want people to know that waterfront dentistry is a great place to go wonderful owner and staff. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I 100% recommend people to go to them ,and my review was about cataroqui woods dentistry not waterfront dentistry. So thankyou all again for promptly getting this issue resolved ...
