The team at Waterfront Park Vet is incredible and we can’t thank them enough for giving our pup the best care! Our dog Bunny had cancer, when we took her to see Dr Natalia here. Dr Natalia and her team jumped straight into an action plan for her with transparency throughout the entire process. They were so kind and gentle with our sensitive pup, we felt like we were in the most capable hands the entire way through. She was scared to walk into the vet initially, but this whole team of vet techs and managers made her feel so loved and comfortable that now she prances in to the vet, head held high excited for hugs and treats. Buns is not only cancer free (3 years now) but she also loves these guys so much and loves her visits. Tynia takes extra good care of her every time we visit, and even says a big hello to her when we see her in North Van, Bunny just adores her! We are so extremely grateful to have come across this vet clinic when we needed one for Bunny. They treat Buns like she’s their own pup and we couldn’t feel luckier!!

We are so grateful to have found a vet who truly cares! Dr. Jessica is incredibly supportive, attentive, and patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She has worked wonderfully with both our happy, outgoing dog and our nervous, shy dog, showing the same level of kindness, understanding, and care to each of them. It’s obvious how much compassion she has for animals, and it really shows in every interaction. We always feel reassured knowing our dogs are in such thoughtful and capable hands. Highly recommend!

Our dog Dean is 9 years old, and we first met Dr. Christine at Waterfront Animal Hospital two years ago when he started showing several serious symptoms. She was recommended to us by my niece, and it turned out to be the best decision we’ve ever made for Dean. Dr. Christine took the time to carefully analyze Dean’s condition step by step. She ran only the necessary tests, explained everything in a way we could easily understand, and adjusted his food and medication whenever his symptoms changed. Thanks to her detailed care, Dean has lost weight in a healthy way and is now living a normal, happy life again. Dean was diagnosed with IBD, an autoimmune inflammatory disease. Throughout the process, Dr. Christine’s professional knowledge, honesty, and genuine compassion have meant so much to us. Even though Dean is usually very nervous at the vet, he always feels comfortable with her — which says a lot. We’re so grateful to Dr. Christine and the entire Waterfront team. This is exactly why we continue to trust and visit this hospital — because they truly care.
