Avoid, my 73 old Mum spent £5k on a new wet room / shower. Shower did not work properly from day one but was challenged and made out to be liars. After hounding Graham he got it replaced since it has still not worked properly and we have paid for a new plumber to put it wright. My Mum paid him money months before the job started which was a joke. We are now 6 months in and the bathroom look years old with the boards going yellow with what ever solution they used under neath now coming through all the cladding boards have gaps the silicone they used is all broke away cause they were cut down short with big gaps. The shower waste does not fall away properly leaving water in trap all the time leaving a smell. The boards don’t even sit properly to the floor and have big gaps. Only my poor Mum doesn’t want any fuss I’d make them come back the bathroom is a disgrace.!! Seriously thinking of paying for it to be replaced. Please be careful and take a look at pictures published before you make any decisions. Poor standard of workmanship.!

Paid £3,800 in February 2025 for a new bathroom. No work was begun until I had paid in full , which I did . 6 weeks ago we noticed a small leak at the base of the shower cabinet which I reported to Graham . He told me it would be sorted. 2 weeks later I went to see him again and was told that my details had been passed to the fitter . A week later I spoke to the fitter myself and he said he knew nothing about it. AVOID this "company" at all costs . I have been repeatedly lied to . I could call them cowboys but that would be a massive insult to John Wayne .They are an absolute disgrace .

So we had our bathroom installed September 2023. Overall pleased with bathroom when finally installed as took 4 to 5 weeks to complete a very small bathroom. Seems only 1 fitter and he had to keep finishing early or going to finish other jobs. Was about 3 weeks when I noticed there was a problem with led light on cabinet. Spoke to Graham many many times and we finally got new cabinet delivered about February. Now April 2025 and cabinet still sitting in my hallway. Takes a lot for me to have to put poor review on but I hate poor customer service and at the end of the day we paid a lot of money for this. Lots of friends asked me who done it since completed and I have told them who but also said for reason stated above I wouldn't advise them to use DAC unless they are prepared to wait forever for job to be completed and as for getting anywhere with faults....well watch this space. Will update if ever completed.
