I have a lot of dental anxiety, and had not been to the dentist for several years. I booked an appointment at Waterloo Dental on an emergency basis when I was having tooth pain, and was seen the very same day. The dentist was very calming and explained everything thouroughly. He outlined a treatment plan going ahead without overwhelming me. Then I scheduled a cleaning, and the hygienist was very gentle and it was the first pleasant dental experience I have had in years. Very clean, bright, calming office with very friendly staff.

Had my first appointment today and from the front desk to the staff, everyone was so welcoming and kind. My hygienist, Nora, was gentle and thorough, she went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place. Great people, great service!
