I had a great experience at This Waterloo Dental! The dentist did an excellent job and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease any concerns I had. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I have a lot of dental anxiety, and had not been to the dentist for several years. I booked an appointment at Waterloo Dental on an emergency basis when I was having tooth pain, and was seen the very same day. The dentist was very calming and explained everything thouroughly. He outlined a treatment plan going ahead without overwhelming me. Then I scheduled a cleaning, and the hygienist was very gentle and it was the first pleasant dental experience I have had in years. Very clean, bright, calming office with very friendly staff.
