What stood out the most was how empathetic he was; he truly listened and cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. His professionalism combined with his warm personality made the whole process stress-free. Very happy with Pavlo and his service technician Jason. I had a leak inside a wall which really couldn't wait. I called on a Saturday and we had a plumber at our house within 3 hours. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend without having to stress about the situation. I highly recommend Drain 1 Plumbers!

I cannot recommend Drain 1 Plumbers enough. Pavlo was very easy to work with and diligent in following up for the rebate on my behalf. They did a good job with the drain.
