Watertight Bathrooms Yorkshire

My Parents spent £10,000 on a walk in bathroom re-fit in April 2024. They fitted the bath the wrong way round so the bath taps were not were they said they would be according to the drawings. They apologised, and gave us £500 discount. The glass shower door did not accommodate the bath seat so they had to come and remove the glass shower door replacing it with a curtain/rail. 6 months ago the bath seal leaked flooding the bathroom floor and they had to come to to fit a new door. The Vanity unit has now just started to leak and as we are out of our 1 year guarantee they have asked for £250 to visit and inspect. We will get our own plumber! Very disappointed this was a very big spend for my elderly parents.

The service from this company has been horrendous. They sold my grandparents a bath for £9K and has started leaking less than two years after installation. Their full is only for a year because, they know the quality of their products is poor and they don’t back them. They sell baths to vulnerable people and their products are beyond the pale.

Absolutely disgusting company, charged my 97 year old Grandad over £8000 for a shower that doesn't work properly!!!
