We come up from Bathurst & bring our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Oak and Zola, here and always receive the absolute best care & it really shows because our dogs love going to the vet. When we first came, it was actually because Oak had been to multiple vets for emergencies and even our regular vet at the time couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I had already spent close to $3,500 in vet bills trying to get answers. After being recommended to Waterview Dr. Mackenzie took us in right away, and he was able to figure out his issue quickly. It turned out to be allergies, and with just some dietary changes, Oak is like a brand-new dog. We couldn’t be more thankful for the care, compassion, and expertise here. Truly top-notch!💖🫶

I’ve unfortunately had a few emergency visits with both of my cats in a short span of time, and the Waterview Animal Hospital has been incredible through every single one. They’ve responded immediately to each situation and always made sure my cats were seen as soon as possible. Most recently, our kitten had to spend two nights there. As heartbreaking and stressful as that was, the team was nothing but reassuring, kind, and helpful. Their prompt response and attentive care made all the difference — he’s doing okay now thanks to them. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing compassionate, reliable veterinary care.

Oof, where do I begin? When you’ve had amazing vet care in Toronto( Spinks Veterinary Clinic btw), it’s hard to compare anything to it - but Waterview was by far the least welcoming place I’ve ever been. From the ripped-up chairs in the waiting room to the fact that our Toronto vet later told us they’d been giving my cat the wrong dosage of his medication…it was one issue after another. The staff didn’t seem particularly warm toward our pets either. I get that options in Miramichi are limited, so sometimes you just have to make do - but honestly, this was a big yikes all around.
