Booked a cambelt and water pump replacement with AK Mobile Mechanic, and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was truly exceptional!!! He was such a humble, friendly guy, and his communication was fantastic. I really wanted to make sure the job was done to a high standard, and he answered all the questions I had, and also used the most premium quality parts and didn't take any shortcuts!! I dropped my car to him the night before the work and rather than me having to catch several buses home he even gave me a lift home, 12 miles!! The car is now running like a dream and I can't recommend his service enough!! Absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you AK Mobile Mechanic!!!

So this was the first time I have used a mobile Mechanic. All I can say is what an amazing experience, actually being able to communicate your needs and fears invaluable. The work carried out was done efficiently and promptly. Only cost was a very reasonable price and a mug of tea. Andreas was very polite, factual and very clean. I will definitely be using him again, and can’t recommend him enough.

AK Mobile Mechanics is run by Andreas. He worked on my car before and the previous job was completed to a satisfactory standard. My recent experience was different. I contacted him for a replacement car key. He supplied the key and left it with me without charging for it, but it was only partly programmed. The key did not work correctly and my car developed a fault straight after the visit. I asked for the issue to be fixed. Andreas refused to return and complete the work. He told me to find another locksmith to deal with the fault he left behind. Communication was poor. I waited several days without updates. When I followed up, he refused responsibility and used personal reasons for the delay. I later found public Google reviews from other customers mentioning the same type of explanations. My experience matched those reviews. This review reflects my experience and the full message history. I am taking this through small claims to recover the cost of having the fault corrected by another locksmith. Reply. As I said I had not paid as you made swift exit Within 1 min of you leaving I called you to say there was an issue, which I can only guess you were fully aware of hence the speedy exit. I came to you due to the last mechanic failing to diagnose the issue with my mini. If you wish to spin that around so it’s they walked away from me then it shows your level of professionalism. Please remember when making slanderous comments that I have our full chat log. Don’t forget your customers are your bread and butter. Treat them with the respect they deserve and they will treat you the same.

Had trouble with my Suzuki swift automatic,called Andreas on a wednesday,he came out on a Friday evening in the dark and rain and did a gearbox oil and filter change,unfortunately that didn't fix the problem as was something else, so he came out again few days later and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes as just needed a clean etc,now working very well and glad I still had gearbox service as was needed. I will say Andreas is a very polite, friendly bloke, definitely knows his stuff,would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled mechanic,and obviously you get the convenience of him coming to you,will definitely be calling him again in the future.
