At 28, I was still extremely anxious about visiting the dentist, knowing I would likely need a filling or two. Today was my first visit to Wave Dental, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Kim, my hygienist, was exceptionally gentle and comforting throughout my cleaning. When it came time for my fillings, the staff was equally professional, patient, and focused on making me feel at ease. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my gratitude. While I noticed some negative reviews online—mostly about their signage out frost—I believe they do not reflect the quality of care and professionalism I received as a patient. I’m thankful to be welcomed into Wave Dental, and I look forward to returning in 8 months for my next cleaning.
Awesome experiences both times visited, once for a cleaning and again got a bad pain, they were professional and got me in right away! Dr. Roberts is great, honest & professional, he understood my issue and confirmed my tooth was dead and got me recommended right to the specialist. It was so fast and a last minute appt after a long weekend I was relieved they could see me that day. I think the signs are funny out front and I laugh, I don’t have to agree with each one but to give this place a bad rating based on their electronic sign seems like a waste of time to me! Wish ppl would leave their grumpiness at home and lighten up! Love Wave! And the doggies at the counter!
The staff at Wave dental are excellent! Not only are they accepting new patients but they also saw me for a dental emergency I had. Their mascot “Drew” is an absolute sweetheart and greets the patients in the waiting room! At my first visit he came right to me and stayed with me until I was called in to see the dentist- animals are always the first to notice when someone isn’t feeling well and he didn’t disappoint. I’m very grateful and relieved to finally find a dentist and staff who understand me and most importantly don’t judge me or give “lectures” like I’ve experienced in the past. I can’t recommend them enough!
