Our company used Way Delivery to send 3 copiers back to Rhode Island from PA. Don and his team were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them for delivery services.

These guys brought my delivery on completely destroyed pallets. Then the destroyed my order trying to get it off of their truck. Total amateurs. Don’t use these guys, find anyone else I've now read the response and I take offense to the idea that I would refuse the custom made merchandise I ordered 6 months ago that has been pre paid for the same time. The fact that the driver could not get the products out of the truck should say it all. But He brought the goods with out the ability to get it off the truck. when he tried he smashed the hand truck through the busted skid parts to push a number of the glass and metal clocks out of the master cartons. I asked the driver to re-palletize them, he said he couldn't. He had no way to get them off the truck, so what then?
