Steer way clear of of this place. My college daughter went in for a front right wheel bearing replacement, and it could have cost her her life. Afterward, she drove 3 hours home, and while in town, the tie rod nut came off its bolt, detaching the tie rod completely from the wheel and causing the tire to immediately turn sharply inward while she was driving straight down a road. She came to a loud and screeching halt almost into a ditch. I had all the work reinspected at a dealer and replaced the nut and pin in addition to fixing the alignment. The shop manager wouldn't refund the shoddy and careless work that was done. He offered only to "pay for any damages to the car" and "fire the guy who worked on it", neglecting what his shop's dangerously subpar work could have caused had this happened at 70 mph down the highway. It boggles the mind that anyone would run a business this way.

Worked on my vehicle multiple times and took care of each problem no matter if was the timing or just doing oil. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on having any work done to your car ! Affordable and reliable work !

I would recommend going here if you enjoy throwing your money in the toilet and then flushing. WHAT WORK THEY DID: • Installed four new tires • Performed tire balancing • Performed a wheel alignment • Transferred springs onto new front struts ⸻ WHAT THEY DID RIGHT: They installed new tires on my wheels without any issues. ⸻ WHAT THEY DID WRONG: Pretty much everything else. The balance was off, the alignment was done on worn-out parts, and they messed up transferring my springs onto the new struts. The poor workmanship meant I had to get everything redone elsewhere, costing me time and money. Their lack of communication and accountability only added to the frustration. In the end, it was a very costly and stressful ordeal. ⸻ FULL STORY (for those who want more detail): I took my car to WB Tire and Auto based on good reviews, hoping for new tires, a balance, and an alignment. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within a week, the steering started veering and vibrations returned. WB claimed everything was fine, but another shop found my ball joints, tie rods, and control arms were worn out. I replaced these parts myself and confirmed they were indeed bad. Even Jimmy at WB admitted they shouldn’t have done the alignment on those worn parts. During the process of upgrading my struts, I took the springs to WB to have them transferred onto the new struts. They botched the installation, which I only discovered after reassembling everything and noticing a popping noise. I had to remove the struts again and take them back. When I returned, Junior and Felix tried to fix their mistake but claimed the strut was bent and that issues like this happen when you work on your own car—which was completely untrue. The most stressful part was contacting Nick to request a partial refund. Instead of addressing the issues calmly, he initially threatened to sue me if I disputed the charge and yelled at me over the phone. Although he eventually apologized and offered a partial refund, the whole experience was incredibly anxiety-inducing. I even had to delay a trip to see my girlfriend in Connecticut by two weeks because of their incompetence. There’s a clear lack of communication and oversight at WB. Nick seemed experienced and trustworthy, but he had no idea about the repeated issues caused by his team, including Junior and Felix’s mistakes and Jimmy’s acknowledgment of their alignment error. The lack of internal communication and competence cost me around $500–$600 and a lot of stress. While Angel, the receptionist, was wonderful and tried to make me feel welcome, the overall experience was a nightmare. I cannot recommend WB Tire and Auto and strongly advise looking elsewhere for your auto needs.

Nick and his employees are very good. They are an honest shop who will stand behind their work, reasonably priced and they absolutely care for their customers. I initially went in just for a tire balance and after having been to a couple places for balancing my tires and it never being quite right, they got it. Unfortunately, I had a lug nut become too rounded off after visiting the shop which ended up meaning that just a couple days after getting work done there I was unable to remove my flat tire. I brought the situation up to Nick who promptly had me in and they were able to fix the issue. No hassle like you'd get from many other places that would lie through their teeth to tell you they had no fault at all in it. Nick and his crew took care of it and me even staying past their closing time on a Saturday to make things right. I highly recommend this shop. Again, they are honest, affordable and they care about their business and customers.
