Holy smokes, the WDI team is fabulous! They received dozens and dozens of packages of all shapes and sizes for our small nonprofit, the Eco-School Network. They promptly emailed me a notice when each package arrived, and stored them all together in their spacious, modern, clean warehouse. What's more, they went above and beyond by allowing our small team of volunteers to work in their warehouse to assemble dozens of outdoor classroom kits for local schools. Joshua and Chris couldn't possibly have been more professional, friendly, accommodating, and generous. What a gift this was! I'm so glad we found WDI.

Working for a full service furniture dealer, Office Interior Concepts, we often use WDI as a preferred install partner. In this specific situation, I had been working with a client who had been expecting a custom table from Spain to be installed on a targeted date. Calling to reschedule D&I we were told that their existing table was removed and destroyed the day prior in perpetration and they had to have something in the meantime. Our team quickly found an alternate temporary table and worked with WDI on changing the install scope. A little more than a week later the table from Spain arrived! (WOO HOO!) The team at WDI, understanding the sensitivity of this situation, rearranged their schedule to install. In addition they removed the temporary table and returned it in NEW condition back to our warehouse. All with little to no interruption for our client or their customers. We could NOT have made this happen if it wasn't for their willingness to be flexible TEAM players that were willing to think outside of the box prioritizing our clients satisfaction. Their professionalism and willingness to be creative is unparalleled. I would highly recommend WDI for any reconfigure, install, delivery, storage or other logistics needs that you or your company may have.
