Ordered through this poor excuse for a business. Never got the food. Called and demanded a refund. Today makes one week and still no refund. My credit card was charged interest on the balance. So I called them again and no answer. I called until some guy picked up and gave me attitude about the refund. Then told me I would have to wait another 3 business days for the refund. Never offered a credit, free delivery of another order…. Nothing. Thank goodness my card company has spectacular customer service and assisted me in getting the money credited back to my card. I will NEVER use these people again. Update: see response below from the owner to understand their customer service.

This is a scam. The order was never placed to the restaurant and I called almost a dozen times and left a voicemail. There is a "mail us" button that you could be reached out to (so they say), but upon realizing it was a scam, I opted out of the hyperlink. They also did not accept my order once first placed, thus resulting in charging me twice. I called my bank and luckily they will reverse the charges, but do NOT trust this place. Big big scammers. Can't wait until they are shut down. Shame on you.

I tried to order a pizza late using Google to find places near me. It selected this service as the delivery company. After hitting purchase, the confirmation said my pizza would be delivered the next morning. I contacted this company using their online response form. They immediately canceled my order as I requested. At first I thought it was a scam but the response explained what happened and they corrected it right away, which I appreciated.

Ordered food. Got a text saying it would be ready at 11:45. At 12:30 (45 minutes late) I called their office during their normal business hours. No reply twice. Called the restaurant who said they don’t do deliveries for we deliver eats. But somehow they did receive our order. I ended up having to drive down and pick it up. No communication by We Deliver Eats. Their online status says “preparing your food” even now, after I’ve already picked it up and eaten it. They took money. Put in the order. Collected their fee. But the one thing they didn’t do, was deliver my eats. Bad…
