Above and Beyond Care – Worth Every Mile! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brittany and Happy Tails Day Care & Boarding. I split my time between my homes in Boston, MA and Ancaster, Ontario, and even with that distance, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my two pups, Bradley and Duncan. I originally found Brittany through a personal referral — and now I completely understand why her name comes so highly recommended. From the very first visit, Brittany’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals were clear. She takes the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, creating an environment that feels safe, joyful, and full of care. Every update and photo she sends puts me completely at ease — I know my boys are not just being looked after, but loved. The peace of mind Brittany provides is truly priceless. I would gladly drive all the way from Massachusetts just to have Bradley and Duncan stay in her care. It’s rare to find someone who treats your dogs as if they were her own, but Brittany does exactly that. Happy Tails isn’t just a daycare — it’s a second home for my pups. Thank you, Brittany, for everything you do! 🐾💕

We had nothing but great things to stay about our dogs stay at Happy Tails! We had two dogs spend several nights there and received lots of positive updates and photos regularly of their stay..you could see how much fun they were having with each photo sent. We witnessed first hand how passionate and caring Brittany is of all the dogs in her care, as she treats them like her own. This is our first experience with boarding as we had only left our pets with family before and Brittany made it such an easy transition that blew us away! I definitely recommend her to family, friends, and we look forward to visiting her again in the future for our dogs next stay!

5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for this perfect doggy daycare / boarding place:)) Our family had been excited to try out Happy Tails for some time after hearing wonderful things. We looked into it and sure enough fell in love. Turns out after trying it out, Happy Tails still exceeded our expectations. Our pup has now stayed with Brittany and her team a handful of times and we’ve yet found one negative thing to say. It’s truly the best place. Our boy is safe and cared for as if he was Brittany’s own fur baby. She is the kindest soul; so accommodating, always answering our questions, sending updates and you can immediately see how much she loves dogs and looks forward to having them return. Our boy gets to socialize with other (vetted) pups in a pack, spend so much (supervised) time outside in the incredible doggy playground and sleep comfortably while away from his family. This home-away-from-home feel is all so invaluable when you have to leave your beloved pet behind. Brittany truly caters to every dog and their families’ needs. Everyone deserves to feel this peace of mind when leaving their pups (especially overnight). First time we left our doggy, we were so sad and now we’re genuinely excited for him to have the best time. The location is perfect for anyone in the Burlington and Hamilton area, but it’s SO worth the drive even if you’re coming in from farther. Truly the best in every way. So grateful for Brittany and Happy Tails!
