Dear, My name is Gaurav Kumar Singh and I am your regular customer of your store situated at chalikavattom in front of Tata Croma store vytilla , Ernakulam. I am your regular customer and usually I visited your store once in a week or sometimes twice in a week. I wanted to tell you for the last four- five times I am getting very poor services. I have been your customer for the last eighteen months and you can check records how much purchasing I have done. I wanted to share my issue because It may help you to correct the deficiency in services. Last four five times when I visited your store and when I had completed my shopping and after that I went for billing your cashier are showing worst behaviour towards me. According to two cashiers it's a duty of customer to keep everything in plastic bag whatever I purchased. After billing they are stand idle with hands tied and they are waiting for me to keep everything in plastic bag. Last time I shared this issue with store manager but both cashier behaviour is still very rude. Kindly look into the matter. Regards, Gaurav Kumar Singh

A well maintained hyper market. Staff are very courteous. They have a point system using their registration. Everything from fruits to electronics are available. Closes at 11.30 pm.
