Kona loves going to Hot Diggity Dogs every week to play with her friends. The team is really communicative and we especially love her daily report card and photo updates. They do fun season activities (splash pool Fridays, Canada Day photos, Halloween photos, etc). And can help out with grooming or boarding when in a pinch.

In the realm of bad this is a 5 star. They might be doing a good job on the daycare side. This is a review for the grooming. I booked my dog - a fluffy shepherd - for a full groom. I met in the morning stating I wanted a short cut and thorough deshedding. A book with the lengths of cuts was pulled out to confirm the length to shorten to. We went through the first two pages of lengths (which were the longest lengths on that book and made sense for my shepherd). We left it at those first two pages and reiterated as short as it makes sense for this breed. There’s no level of miscommunication that would lead a grooming place to just buzz cut a shepherd. I picked him up I didn’t really know what to think or how to react but he just was straight buzz cut all the way at the lowest setting. It’s the peak of winter, although I said short I didn’t mean naked… I don’t think they know yet what they’re doing in the grooming department - which is a new service they’ve started. I would highly advise you against these grooming services. I’ve posted a before and after picture. The cut is uneven sometimes - like on his chest - it’s just bare skin on top of being unreasonably short… It’s going to be a long winter for my boy. Never again……

Had such a great experience with Hot Diggity Dogs! They were super accommodating, easy to communicate with, and clearly love what they do. My dog Leo was well taken care of and happy when I got back—which says it all! It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them when I need someone reliable and caring. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the care for both my senior dog and puppy get. I know they are in good hands at Hot Diggity Dogs and can go to work stress free. They do a great job of handling my high energy pup, and accommodating my again senior, I can’t recommend them enough.
