It’s an app that’s ok , not great … they use AI generated responses to most issues you bring up in chat . It’s cost effective and that’s really the only plus . I’m looking for a better solution so that tells you how happy I am . As soon as I find a better solution I’m out .

Customer service for the app is great. Unfortunately, I had a terrible dog walker that I was highly suspicious of - it seems like she was mistreating my dog. She’s in North York (so be wary if you’re in this area). I don’t trust the dog walkers here as I feel they’re not properly vetted by Spot. Keep cameras in your homes everyone - it’s naive to just blindly trust someone who has access to your home and your pets which can be like family. The only time I’d use this app now is if I were home and I am able to see the dog walkers myself and how my dogs react around them.

I would like to Thank Spot Dog Walkers so much for everything that they did for my red boston terrier, Peaches, these past 3+ months!!! The level of support and service that they provided was exceptional and #1 in my books!!! All of the dog walkers were wonderful. I would like to specifically mention and personally Thank Angelina Rajkumar a million times for being such a wonderful dog walker to Peaches throughout the past 1 1/2 months ... she is truly amazing, friendly, positive, thoughtful, caring, sweet, energetic, passionate, dedicated, committed, trustworthy, and so reliable. If you live in the Maple area, I would highly recommend that you ask for Angelina (Angie) ... you will definitely be very happy and pleased with her, and know that your dog will be looked after with so much love and care!!! Overall, I give Spot Dog Walkers a 5 out of 5 rating (actually 10 out of 10). They are very professional, will always provide updates to you and respond back to your questions very quickly, and they have their dog walkers send you pictures and videos ... you will not be disappointed at all if you choose Spot Dog Walkers and their services for your beloved fur baby!!! ... they are the best!!! ❤️🐶

I am so impressed with Spot!!! I was extremely anxious having someone I don’t personally know walk my 70lb Boxer/Husky mix but they were fantastic. A huge thank you to Taylor Carroll for walking Anastasia and providing awesome pictures and updates, our neighbours even mentioned that you were very friendly and that Anastasia seemed extremely happy to be walking with you! I will absolutely be booking again.
