I am very please to share my experience with whom it may concern as it relates to the roof replacement on my home. After the initial consultation with a representative of Weather-Roof, who inspected the roof and found that the roof did have wind and hail damage, and after filing a claim with my home insurance company, and after the inspection of the roof by an insurance adjuster, I was informed that my home was in need of a complete replacement of the roof. Weather-Roof delivered the roof material around the next day or so. After the material was delivered, rain set in but after talking with Mr. Walker, he informed me that the following day was already scheduled for the start of the roof replacement. Early the next morning a crew were showing up as I was leaving for work. When I returned home from work the roof was nearly complete and the old roof and debris was being removed as they worked on the roof. Upon completion of the roof the following day and looking at the roof. It made my house look like a new house. I am pleased with the work that Troy, I believe, done. A job well done. I recently contracted with Weather-Roof to replace my roof and rain gutters which were damaged by a hailstorm, and I am very pleased with the results! The crew that came to do the work was very well organized and did a fantastic job. They did a thorough clean-up after the work was done. The folks at Weather-Roof coordinated with my insurance company, and that was carried out smoothly and efficiently. When they say they are insurance experts, they mean it. Karson Broadway was the company representative that I worked with throughout the process, and he deserves special mention. He was very professional in his interactions with me. He had the patience of a saint as I barraged him with a lot of questions about the process and about the invoicing. He kept the process on track and running smoothly. The owners of the company should be very pleased to have such an employee. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use this company again.
