The quality of work delivered did not match the high standards we were led to expect, impacting our marketing strategy’s effectiveness. Communication was another area where improvements are needed; responses were slow, and our feedback often felt ignored, leading to final outputs that didn’t align with our goals. Heroes of Digital indeed. They break our record of staying with a digital agency for more than a year now and we are thus far happy with them. Roy and Xavier personally handle our account, and they are super efficient and effective. They have been really quick in responding to us and delivering anything we ask for fast as well. Well, getting more leads will be the one star I reserve which for now so I rated them 4. I guess leads are never enough? :) I will recommend them to anyone who is interested in doing digital marketing! These guys know their stuff!
