We partnered with Heroes of Digital based on their portfolio and initial pitches. Expecting to significantly boost our digital footprint, we found the overall experience rather disappointing. The quality of work delivered did not match the high standards we were led to expect, impacting our marketing strategy’s effectiveness. Communication was another area where improvements are needed; responses were slow, and our feedback often felt ignored, leading to final outputs that didn’t align with our goals.
