Absolutely loved the Diwali decoration!!!! Everything looked so vibrant, creative, and perfectly festive. Great work 👏
Extremely rude and unprofessional lady. She kept changing the pickup timing for 2 days. Finally when my wife asked her to drop off the package, she was very rude and kept insisting that my wife pick up the package at a time which she says. It took us to ask her to cancel the order( and keep the booking amount if she wishes ) for her to finally drop off the package at literally 5 minutes driving distance. She was extremely cold and mannerless at the time of drop off. Almost felt as if she is the customer and we are selling our product to her. EDIT: Here are some details regarding the particular transaction which has led to this review: The owner had originally committed to readying the order by Thursday evening. Then on thursday she said that she will need more time and that we could pick up the order at anytime on Friday. On Friday, she first asked us to pick up the order at 1pm - then changed the timing to 2pm, and then to after 8pm. Then she said we needed to pick it up before 7:30pm - which we said wasn't possible as we had other prior plans at that time. Frankly by this point we were frustrated with so many changes in timings, and we asked her to cancel the order. By the way, people are not always available to receive deliverables at the door - that's when they ask to leave stuff at the porch - it IS a very standard practice on FB marketplace and all it requires is just some amount of trust on the buyer from the seller. But the bottomline is this: when someone is doing business, they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction - especially when the business is new (as is the case with Dazzling Diyas which is evident from just 2 prior reviews before this one). If we were the seller who has had to reschedule the pick up 3-4 times, we would have volunteered to drop off the goods ourselves at the buyer's place. But sadly in this case, instead of taking the feedback constructively, the owner chooses to question the authenticity of the review itself. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken in the right spirit. All the best for your business for the future and wish you a very Happy Diwali!
