Ron and the team are absolute great when it comes to building a website. Not only do they deliver a gorgeous website at a reasonable cost, they also go the extra mile to ensure that we as the customer are being looked after throughout the whole process - from explaining in detail how everything works (as well answering the million questions I have) to constantly updating me about the progress of the development of the website. It's not that often I'll go to the trouble of writing a review, but honestly, if I could give Ron and Web Panther more than 5 stars I would. After initially coming across an ad on Facebook, I was skeptical about the authenticity of the post. I'm one of these people who needs to do due diligence before making a decision about whether to proceed, as let's face it, there's so many scams out there. It was the video testimonials that sold it for me, but even then, I clicked on the customers websites to ensure they were legit (and they were). I've had a number of web designers over the years and Ron has blown them all out of the water. If I could pick one reason why I'm giving 5 stars, it's this; Ron doesn't hide behind emails. If there's any glitches (and for us they were minimal), he was quick to pick up the phone and talk things through. I also appreciated Ron was the person I dealt with from the beginning, right through to the final hand over. In a nutshell, Ron under promised and over delivered, something I believe is rare in business today.
