Truly am telling you guys the worst organisation I have ever seen in my career. I would never recommend any experienced candidate to go for an interview there. Now I am telling you guys what actually happened and why I'm so negative about the organisation, they asked for the salary expectation during my interview so being an experienced candidate I said I have more that 3 years of core experience in international bpo and also let them know about standard salary expectation between 17k to 22k as they mentioned on their promotion but at the time HR was refused and how clever the HR team are, they didn't say directly that we can't provide that amount of salary they said you don't have much experience to take this amount bla bla bla, please wait outside the interview room we call you once you're short listed. After half an hour the HR came inside and said you can leave the place we would let you know once you're short listed. How frustrated it was. Yes one more point that I want to add here This organisation doesn't have a drop facility or pickup facility but they make their employees work at night. 😄

I went for the interview in Webvio and it was a good experience. The people in the organization are very professional and well behaved. I gave the first 2 rounds of interview in the office however as I had to leave early as I was going outstation due to some emergency, the HR understood my concern and arranged the last round of interview over the phone with the director of the company. I would recommend people to join here.
