This review is long overdue, but it's well deserving. For those looking for a wedding coordinator, stop your search and work with the Wedding Expectations team! They offer what was a unique service to me based on my research. Instead of day-of or month-of wedding day coordination, these amazing people will begin to work with you 3 months prior to your wedding. Our coordinator we were matched with, Meghann, was the best support system, hype woman, and shoulder to lean on we could have ever asked for. She was so patient with us and our indecisiveness and made us feel so comfortable with all our decisions. She helped my husband and I find our officiant, she and her assistant set up all our tables and welcome tables with my DIY'd decor for us. Meghann kept in contact with all my vendors and worked closely with our DJ during the festivities. She did so amazing in keeping everything flowing on our schedule. On top of our amazing coordinator, Wedding Expectations has a great selection of rentals that we could utilize and they even provided us a credit to use toward them. We rented their arch backdrops for our welcome table and their sage green cheese cloths for our guests' tables. When it comes to what the Wedding Expectations team offers (wedding planning, floral team, rental inventory, etc.) at their prices, I don't think any other compares. 1000% would recommend Wedding Expectations for any brides and grooms to be! Thank you again Meghann, you were the absolute best ever!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, Meghann, and this company. My wedding far exceeded my hopes and dreams, and I owe all the credit of that achievement to Wedding Expectations. We communicated often and in great detail. Any and all questions I had were answered and any problems were sorted out quickly. The planning leading up to the wedding was an unbelievable amount of work, but these ladies handled it with grace and professionalism. Wedding Expectations handled nearly every aspect of my wedding, from tablecloths and napkin folds to flower arrangements and seating charts. Every single detail was coordinated. They spoke regularly with outside vendors and the venue, often juggling several lines of communication simultaneously. The day-of coordination was out of this world. I have no doubt Meghann would have brought me the moon if I had asked for it. My wedding went off without a hitch. It was the best day of my life, and I owe it all to Wedding Expectations. From the depths of my soul, thank you Rebecca and Meghann!! If you have no idea where to start with planning your wedding, and you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, you've found the right people to help guide you towards your happily ever after.

Rebecca was amazing at coordinating our wedding in Moab, Utah! She was great to communicate with and she is very organized. I sent her information and details on what I wanted for our wedding and she made it happen the day of. Our wedding turned out beautiful and we are beyond thankful for all the help Rebecca and her assistant gave us. Everything ran smoothly and it was all organized just the way we envisioned it. I was very worried about having a smooth timeline but Rebecca made sure it was organized and ready to go. She did a great job with the rehearsal the day before as well. We decided to get our flowers done through their in-house floral department and they were GORGEOUS!! All the bouquets, boutonnières, and arch flowers beyond exceeded our expectations. I cannot even explain how gorgeous they were. I decided to have my bouquet and husband’s boutonnière preserved through them and we can’t wait to see the final product! Everything was so amazing and we would recommend her and her business to everyone! Thank you!!
