I had a strange piece of roofing material fall from my skylight with recent winds, and couldn’t tell myself if there was a bigger problem. There was a little confusion and delay in initial communication (which I chalk up to calling on a weekend just before the holidays, plus they explained a team member was out of office a little early and they missed the ticket transition… been there!), but when I called this morning to follow up before the holiday they were absolutely wonderful. Patrick adjusted his schedule to get to me same day, and was able to determine it was just a weird remnant that shook loose from the wind and nothing to worry about! I appreciate how kind and polite everyone I spoke with was, and that Patrick was honest about the situation - showed me a spot to keep an eye on, but no sales pitch and no pressure to do any unnecessary work. I feel like it’s getting harder to find honest, up front, and not pushy companies especially in the roofing industry, so I’m extra grateful for my experience with Weddle and Sons. I’ll definitely come to them when my roof needs anything in the future.

Anna worked with my insurance company until they met the standards of our previous roof. The roofers were prompt on the assigned day and worked overtime to complete the job. Cleanup went well and I'm very satisfied with Weddle and Sons and would highly recommend them.

Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was prompt, communicative, professional and extremely helpful! We are very happy with the new roof and the new skylights - everything looks amazing!!! The crew did a great job and as promised, they left the work area cleaned up and debris free! It was definitely a great “customer-serviced” experience working with Weddle & Sons!
