We began to work with Michael in the context of putting our home on the rental market. Our situation was stressful due to personal circumstances, but Michael was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. Eventually, we decided to sell our home, and Michael and his team were very understanding with changes in our plans and put the house on the market in record time. Because we were traveling internationally, our move included complex instructions for many items from the house that were either gifted to friends or sold. Michael was diligent in coordinating all these efforts on our behalf and even helped when individuals needed to visit the home and pick up items, after we had vacated our home. Michael went out of his way to ensure that several items left behind were given away to charity. In fact, he personally coordinated the dropping off of items to the local charity and sent us tax receipts.
