The absolute worst service I’ve ever received is from Tim Peevler and his group out of Keokuk. Tim was eager with Many phone calls to list our property in Montrose Iowa. After we listed it would take three or four phone calls to him or his office, before we would finally got a callback. Our property closing was due May 10. Tim did none of his responsibilities for a timely closing until two days before the closing date in which he sent some paperwork over to the attorney. So now the closing date is set for 2 to 4 weeks after the closing date, he set.. I feel like I went to an expensive dinner, and the gratuity was included in the bill and the service was horrible and I’m still getting charged for the full gratuity. Mike L. .

Jillian was the first realtor to stop by my house when I was trying to sell by owner. She stopped by a few times afterward to see how things were going. When I was not getting anywhere with my for sale by owner I gave the job to Jillian. She was terrific . Jillian did an awesome job. She went way out of her way in taking care of our house when we moved out of town. She checked in to make sure heat was still on and house was okay. She got us a good deal on the house and took care of a lot of details that we would normally have to do ourselves but was difficult to do living out of state. Whenever we sell again I hope we find someone as caring as Jillian.
