Misrepresents product, and tries to pass off knockoffs as the real thing. They said they were ordering an item for me, but couldn't get it in. When questioned, the answers did not match earlier information. Turns out they ordered something "that looks the same" from a different manufacturer. They refused to name the source, out of fear that I would contact them, like I did with the manufacturer Weil's claimed to have been buying from.
