I had my first Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage done by Andrea, and WOW. Environment: the space is clean, welcoming, smells nice and is very calming. RMT: Andrea was professional and had beautiful energy. She sat with me and asked me questions about why I wanted this treatment before we started. She was actively listening and gave a lot of helpful feedback. She is very informative and happy to share what she knows. She let me know exactly what would happen during and post treatment. Treatment: I am so happy I received this treatment. It immediately removed bloat from my stomach (before and after photos were taken to show this, with my consent ) Andrea helped me through some breathing exercises that I have been using ever since. After the treatment I used the bathroom twice. I felt dizzy the remainder of the day, but this is normal due to the increased blood flow and detoxification process. Andrea let me know that the next day I may not feel good but assured me this was normal. I'm glad she did because the next day I didn't feel the best but by the next day I had tons of energy and felt great! I continue to use the bathroom multiple times in the day and feel like my food is digesting very well. I have no bloating at all. There are endless positive reasons to get this specific treatment, I highly recommend that you look into the benefits! I can't wait for my next Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage!!

I had the most incredible full body massage experience with Emily she is so professional very calm she really took the time to listen to all my concerns and she truly worked around the areas that needed attention and adjusted her pressure perfectly. Every part of the massage felt so calming and healing. I left feeling lighter, relaxed and truly cared for. Honestly I had the best night sleep that day!Thank you Emily. It was one of the best self-care choices I’ve made in a while. The atmosphere was so peaceful with calming music such a beautiful clean space, instantly helped me to unwind. I’ll definitely be back very soon. Had to add this to my review, as I recently had a session with Ryan and it was a fantastic experience. I was dealing with lots of pain on my right side since my emergency c section and also 2 rib fractures that gave me severe pain until almost a year and nobody knew how to fix that pain (I tried doctors, chiropractic and physio) and he was incredibly knowledgeable took the time to explain exactly what’s happening and answered all my questions I felt heard and cared for throughout the appointment. Walked out feeling more mobile and relaxed with way less pain genuinely feel way better after only 1 session! Highly recommend him for anyone who needs an effective osteopathic treatment. Thank you Ryan so much. Will definitely be back.

Had such a great experience with Olivia! The massage itself was excellent — really helped relieve tension and left me feeling so much better. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind or treat yourself to some self-care!

I met with Ryan for an osteopathy appointment and he created a calm, safe and healing environment to address my issues. He was very thorough and explained the process as he went along. The space was relaxing and had a nice vibe. He used multiple modalities in one session, adjusting as needed. I'd recommend anyone looking to address and treat their body as a whole as opposed to treating and targeting individual areas to give Ryan's osteo session a try!
