It’s been nothing but a mix of education and well thought out therapy for my compressed nerve by soft tissues on my shoulder. On a Thursday, while doing dips, I suddenly got a sharp pain that shot up my neck from my shoulder blade. The pain was a dull pain that rendered me unable to turn my neck left and right without significant amounts of pain. I let it run til Saturday morning, and it didn’t get any better, so I called around to get a physio appointment. Fortunately, I found Sal’s clinic! From the phone to the same day appointment, everything went super smooth. The clinic is very well kept and clean! Sal was very patient in explaining why my nerve got compressed and showed me certain exercises to help me regain motion. There were no harsh motions, all gentle, but extremely movements that led to me fully regaining neck movement 2 weeks later! He also noticed I had a really tight right shoulder, which probably attributed to my right shoulder looking slightly raised in comparison to my left whenever I walked. Sal proceeded to educate me about acupuncture and how it would help relieve my tight muscles due to long hours of restricted movements. It definitely made a difference as I noticed my right shoulder felt a lot looser within the last week and a half since the second session with acupuncture. Sal’s attention to detail is unmatched and I’m very happy that he swiftly took me in to get my compressed nerve resolved. I’m a pretty stubborn guy sometimes when it comes to letting it heal on its own, but glad I decided against it this time!

Sal was referred to me by a friend, who said, “he is the best”, and I was not disappointed. Sal is an excellent physiotherapist who is very professional and knowledgeable. He was absolutely amazing in helping me with my neck and shoulder pain. He treated me by doing a series of different treatments including physio, acupuncture and showing me exercises to strengthen my neck. The result was amazing and I made a full recovery. I would definitely recommend Sal to anyone who needs physiotherapy.
