Previously I called in to get a number of keys cut when I was told due to the type of lock I had bought and the keys it came with, it wouldn’t be possible to get spares cut and was advised to buy a superior product. On taken the advice and purchasing a different lock with better keys I called in late tonight just as the lady was closing up but despite it been late she kindly cut six extra keys for me as well as serve another customer who came in after me. I was very grateful of the excellent customer service I received tonight and think she is a credit to your company where I imagine someone else may have told me they were shut and to come back another day. A really positive experience here! I needed a new battery in my car key fob and they had it ready for me by the time I'd done a shop next door! I didn't get the lady's name who was on duty but she was super friendly and made the whole experience nice and easy!

This branch is amazing. I always try and go in when Harriet’s there. I’m sure the others are nice but she is amazing. The things she can do with shoes is incredible. She always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble, even when she’s rushed off her feet. Many thanks Karl
