Giving a 2 because I’ve previously enjoyed this store. But quality has seemed to go down, maybe 6 months ago I bought zooyork and arsenic shirts that were good quality and had brand specific tags- now in the store these same shirts are a much cheaper quality and no branded tags, just the exact same cheap generic tag saying “made in Bangladesh” on shirts from both brands. not sure what is going on here?? This review is more about west49 in general not just this store

Great store with alot of funky goodies... from swag to skateboards. Super friendly staff and totally professional. The manager built me a sick skate, good job! Check it...

We’ve shopped here multiple times and the prices are good, but the customer service is disappointing. The manager was especially rude, making the experience unpleasant. If you’re just looking to make a quick purchase without expecting friendly service, this place might work for you.

I've been shopping here for almost a year when I visit London and the 1 guy is helpful for all my shopping needs when I go in with my son. The other staff are also very helpful and friendly too. Always friendly and happy to help all the shoppers coming into the store. I'm guessing he may be owner or manager of store. Awesome store and great clothing amd shoe prices for kids and adults. If you are seeking scooters or skateboards they do have many options available and great prices. This store always have amazing sales going on and I remember last summer they had an awesome sale promotion for the skateboards and scooters. I hope to score a super sale this summer at this store. If you haven't stopped by this location at white oaks mall I strongly suggest you stop by and have an enjoyable shopping experience like me and my little one always have.
