Lorenzo RodriguezI had a very frustrating experience at this store while trying to purchase a Cricut Maker 4. I picked up one of the four product cards hanging on the shelf, assuming the item was in stock. After taking it to the cashier and completing my purchase, I waited for the item to be brought to the front—only to find out it was the wrong product. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the Cricut Maker 4 in stock at all! If the store has zero inventory, why are there multiple cards on the shelf misleading customers? I was fully prepared to spend over $500, but instead, I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund. This system is incredibly flawed, especially for expensive items. The store needs to come up with a better way to manage stock and prevent this kind of confusion.No longer a customer!
DanGreat store for a wide range of crafts and a small selection of home decor. Michaels has a fantastic selection for the items they have, and often times have superb discounts (be sure to heck for online coupons before you check out). The one issue I have with this store is their method of pricing, which is generally to overprice all their items, then provide a plethora of coupons knocking the price in half or at major discounts.
Kitty ImperialeWent for 1 specific sale item. Could not find it and asked. Informed on end cap. Double checked and it was not there. Went to front and explained the site said they had 12 but could not find it. A young gentleman looked up the skew and went searching for it. He found what I wanted!
