I’m not satisfied with the outcome of the last 2 visits I had from West Coast Appliance Repair. $398 the first time that lasted for 7 weeks to having same problem just happen and second visit from West Coast to say it’s only another $125 to replace the Knob and that’s would fix it but within 10 hours and 4 uses dryer knob would not turn and dryer would not turn on. Had to call someone else who replaced the 7 week old switch control panel and the knob that was replaced on March 29th . I tried reaching out to West Coast Appliance Repair the day after Alex came out and on the 30th ,31st April 1st , April 2 nd , with Zero Response until I put this review on and within 45 minutes on April 4th I get a text from him. Hmm
