They are the only folks we trust with our cat, who is an active Siberian kitty that requires a lot of play, treats, and attention. We have been choosing West Island Cats & Dogs for years now and every time they take care of our cat, we are impressed! They are so engaged and leave excellent updates and photos so that we don't need to worry while we're away.

To Koji’s ladies and team of WIC&D, We can’t begin to thank you enough for the care of our cat, Koji, while we were away. You all went above and beyond our expectations. We had no doubt Koji would be well taken care of but you all went the extra mile to put us at ease daily. Being far away, and for so long, you can’t imagine how helpful it was to get the daily updates and photos. A smile on our faces every day and we could sleep with ease just knowing he was happy, safe and loved. We all know what are furbabies mean to us and the whole team at WIC are amazing! Coming home to the gifts you left us, the house in perfect order and Koji hugs was the warmest homecoming ever. Wow! The level of service provided by Emma really was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. This was my first time using a catsitting service for my two cats; I really appreciated the updates provided and looked forward to reading them every day! It was such a relief to know that my kitties were happy and so well cared-for during my time away. I will definitely be hiring West Island Cats & Dogs for any future catsitting needs, and highly recommend :)

I recently hired West Island Cats & Dogs to watch over my two cats while I was away for 10 days and Sarah Jane did an amazing job. My cats are very used to going outside into the backyard on a daily basis (harness on & leash). One of my two cats is a bit particular and touchy when it comes to strangers in the house. I was a little worried that Sarah Jane would struggle to be able to let my cat out with her harness given how particular she is but she managed it with no issues! Her patience and kindness with both of my cats did not go unnoticed. She took care of them like they were her own, brought in our mail, made sure everything was clean, she even vacuumed around the litters and brought them treats!! I looked forward to her updates and pictures every day!! Thank you again Sarah for your kindness and for making me feel at ease. You were awesome. Chloe and Canon will miss you! 😌
