I travel all over the country for work and get massages regularly. This little gem just cracked my top 10. Facility was comforting, warm and very clean. The therapists were phenomenal. I had an hour one night and was so impressed a few days later came back for the 4 hands (1st time ever) and was mind blown. Thank you Amy for making everything so perfect! I HIGHLY recommend and will be coming back every time I am back in town

Amy is exceptionally skilled and attentive, she quickly identified the areas that needed the most work and tailored the massage to address my specific needs. I felt noticeably better afterward, both physically and mentally. The facility is clean, calm, and welcoming, which adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I went here yesterday and it was a terrible experience. I had an appointment for 3 pm. I got there a few minutes before 3 but no one was around. Not a big deal. I used the restroom and then sat on the couch in the waiting room. I waited for 10 minutes and then another client walked in and someone finally came up. It's now 3:05 and I tell the woman I have a 3 pm appointment and she points me to a room without any guidance of if I should lay face down or up or without asking me anything or saying anything. I undress feeling unsure about the whole thing and get in the bed face down. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. It's not like a traditional massage bed. It's like a board of wood with a hole in it for your face. Around 3:15 I'm starting to wonder if I should just leave but someone finally comes in and she seems really nice. She asked me if I have any pain and starts massaging me in those areas and it feels really great. Then about halfway through, someone else walked in which felt very sketchy. I'm face down and another person is in the room just hanging out without any acknowledgment. My mind, of course, goes to the worst like I'm going to get robbed or something. I lift up to look at the other person and the first woman said, "is this okay?' I didn't know what was happening but it was very stressful and left me with my guard up. They talk for a bit in another language and then the first woman leaves and the second woman takes over. Again, just very stressful because I had no idea what was going on and I'm there to relax not be stressed out. The second woman's massage is wayyy softer and not the deep tissue I asked the first woman for. I paid and tipped but I actually wanted to ask for my money back because the whole thing was not relaxing. It was a mess from beginning to end. I'll never go back.
