From the original quote to the installation and final inspection, we were very impressed with the quality of service and are very pleased with the final product. Shout out to Kino and our roofing crew who gave us an amazing experience from the initial Quote to the completion of our roofing & skylight replacement job. Right from the start Kino took the time to thoroughly expalin the different roofing materials & skylights available and their benefits. He made a profesional reccomendation based on our home and what would work best for us - something we didn't get anywhere else. We had four different quotes, and four very differrent experiences. Getting our roof & skylights done with West Quality was the easy choice. Lastley the roofing crew kept a VERY clean work site, cleaning as they went, and before they left each day. This is definitely above and beyond what we experienced when we recently had our roof replaced at one of our rental properties. Also, the pictures speak for themselves for the quality of workmanship that was adhered to by the roofing crew - 10/10! We highly reccomend them and will be going back to West Quality when it's time to renovate the remaining exterior of our home.

The team at West Quality was super friendly and knowledgeable at all points. We ended up choosing them because of a decent quote and the turnaround time to get us in was significantly quicker than other companies. Zack was very responsive in helping schedule the work, and the crew did a good job assessing our leaking window problem and fixing the siding install. Only deducting 1 star because the site wasn’t 100% cleaned after completion and there were a couple of detail-oriented touch ups missed (which was a bit of a hassle to get the crew back out to do). Overall though I would recommend!

Following the 2024 hail storm in Evanston, we decided to go through West Quality for all of our repairs. We had to remove all of our solar and they were very good about scheduling all of the work within the time frame that we had the solar off the house. All of the crews showed up early, were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We also have three large dogs and they were very good about ensuring they kept the back gate closed. All of our work was completed in a very quick turnaround and we were invoiced exactly what was originally quoted. We found the materials to be excellent and the workmanship top notch. If we ever need their assistance again (hopefully no more hail storms though) we would absolutely go with them a second time.
